Projects
These are small tools, systems, experiments, and things I am building or have built.
I am less interested in polished portfolio blurbs than in the actual shape of the work: what I was trying to solve, what tradeoffs I made, what broke, what I learned, and whether the thing still feels useful after the fun part was over.
Some projects are finished. Some are experiments. Some are probably just excuses to learn something the hard way. Some will probably never be finished.
That is usually where the interesting parts are.
